Want more cardio? Try our signature "Athletic Rebound" class which includes high intensity cardio on a Mini Trampoline as well as full body conditioning!

Whether you have 20 minutes or 45 minutes, our workouts optimize every minute to maximize every part of your life and can be done anywhere! Each video is a full body experience that has specific goals and focus points that target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. Our classes give the option to add 3-5 pound weights, ankle weights or bands.
