Similar to our athletes, all PSP fitness clients go through a comprehensive physical fitness evaluation prior to training at no cost to them. This gives the coach the opportunity to determine their fitness level and design a program to fit their needs. It also allows us to track progress over the course of a training program

Fitness clients come to PSP with a wide verity of goals and skill sets. PSP offers a number of training options to best meet these needs. Fitness clients have the options of 1-on-1 training, small group training, and fitness classes. PSP has something for everyone ensuring that clients stay motivated and reach their goals.
