Adult Fitness Training Plan Options
Small Group Training
Our Adult SGT classes consist of athletes (adults) over the age of 18. These SGT classes are meant for adults who are looking for guidance in their training, and need a coach to give them that push. These clients can range from marathon runners to avid 5K runners or casual tennis players to your average adults who just wants to lose weight. Like our youth athletes, these adults will go through an evaluation with our coaches and their programs will be based on their individual needs. Adult SGT classes differ from boot camp style classes in that they train in a group setting, but the core of their program is still individually based. Programs will be changed every 3-6 weeks based on recommendations of the PSP coaching staff and progression of the client.

1-on-1 Training Plans
The foundation of the PSP program is built around SGT, but we do offer a 1-on-1 option for any client that wants 1-on-1 attention. The 1-on-1 session will follow the same approach as the SGT. The adults’ program will be completely personalized based on the results of their evaluation.

Precision Squad

PSP’s PrecisionSquad builds a community within our high intensity, boot-camp style classes that combine different training principals to amplify your inner athlete. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness: strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. We want to keep you guessing, and challenge you differently in every class. Expect to have fun and work hard every time you step into PSP!

Using a variety of unique props, Peak creates a high intensity, 3-dimensional world of movement that revolves around music. Each class is a full body workout, but is never the same. Our goal is to increase endurance and build lean muscle by emphasizing higher repetitions with lighter and body weight exercises. Each song will have a specific training principle, leaving no muscle behind while keeping your mind stimulated.

This circuit-based class pairs full body strength with high-intensity conditioning on a mini trampoline. Powerful, explosive moves are precisely integrated into your lifts to burn fat and challenge your cardio endurance level.

Move to heart pumping beats on a mini trampoline to burn fat and build lean muscle. Raise your heart rate by combining cardio and light weight training. While on a mini trampoline you’re able to move fast and free, all while keeping your joints safe. Athletic Rebound integrates sports-inspired sequences targeting your arms, glutes and abs by using bands or light weights.

Ditch the workout, and join the party! Our goal is to make cardio fun. This 30-Minute class moves to up tempo music while on a mini trampoline. Focus on high intensity cardio, core stabilization, and balancing techniques. Pair this shorter rebound class with any of our 60-Minute programs to get a total cardio and strength workout.
