Strength and Conditioning Coach
Tyler comes to PSP from the physical therapy field, where he gained valuable knowledge in the field of sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. Tyler grew up about 40 minutes from PSP in Glen Rock, NJ where he played a variety of sports. A devastating ankle injury his senior year gave him a passionate for getting athletes to train safely and effectively.
Tyler graduated from Penn State in the spring of 2020 with a degree in kinesiology. During his time at Penn State, he held a variety of internships including a position as a strength and conditioning intern with the Penn State Men’s Basketball and Women’s Tennis teams.
Tyler also has a strong passion for the game of lacrosse, playing on the club team while at Penn State, as well as being an assistant coach with the Glen Rock boys lacrosse team this past season.
Tyler is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Tyler is currently completing his masters in sports science with a concentration in strength and conditioning at Hofstra University.
