Week 5 is going to include 3 testing workouts where you can submit your scores to see how you are doing. Hopefully this adds another competition aspect to compete against your teammates. This week also serves as a change of pace after 4 solid weeks of training. Try to do each of these workouts with 1 day in between so you can perform your best at each. The last link is to submit your scores when you have finished all 3 workouts. If you can't perform any of the exercises for some reason put an "X" in the score box.
