PSP/S2S Training - Week 3 / Lift 1

Circuit #1
  • Wall Sit - 4 x 1:00
  • ​Squat Jumps from Seated - 4 x 5
  • Stick Twist 4 x 10each
Circuit #2
  • Pushups 4 x Max 
    • ​​(as many as you can do in a row)
  • Towel Row 4 x 15
  • 3-Way Lunge 4 x 3each
  • Single Leg RDL 4 x 10each

     [Work 0:20/Rest 0:10; 4 Sets]
     [Alternate working and resting, perform the exercise for 0:20 then rest for 0:10 before performing the next exercise.  Keep going continuously until you have done each exercise 4 times]
