Circuit #1
- Weighted Squats - 4 x 10
- Perform with the same technique as a body weight squat but holding a weight. Use any weight available to you, if you have none fill a backpack with as many books as possible and hold that).
- Squat Jumps - 4 x 5
- Stick Twists - 4 x 5each

- Negative Pushups - 4 x 10 (8 seconds)
- Weighted Door Rows - 4 x 10
- Wear a back pack with weight in it, anything can be used as weight.
- Weighted Side Lunge - 4 x 10e
- Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the movement.
- Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the movement.
- Single Leg RDL - 4 x 10each
