PSP/S2S Training - Week 2 / Lift 1

Circuit #1
  • Weighted Squats - 4 x 10 
    • Perform with the same technique as a body weight squat but holding a weight. Use any weight available to you, if you have none fill a backpack with as many books as possible and hold that).
  • Squat Jumps - 4 x 5
  • Stick Twists - 4 x 5each
Circuit #2
  • Negative Pushups - 4 x 10 (8 seconds)
  • Weighted Door Rows - 4 x 10
    • ​Wear a back pack with weight in it, anything can be used as weight.
  • Weighted Side Lunge - 4 x 10e
    • ​Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the movement.
  • Single Leg RDL - 4 x 10each
Circuit #3
​
     [Perform as many set as possible in 10:00 working continuously]
  • Reaching Planks - x5each
  • Leg Lifts - x5
  • Supermen - x5
