Circuit #1
- Squat Holds - 4 x 1:00
- Broad Jumps - 4 x 5
- Rapid Grip Squeezes - 4 x 0:30

- Hand Release Pushup 4 x 0:30 (as many as possible in 30 sec.)
- Weighted Single Arm Door Rows 4 x 10each
- Wear a backpack full of weight similar to in Lift #1, you may have to use less weight because it is single arm.

- Weighted Walking Lunge - 4 x 10each
- Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the lunges.
- Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the lunges.
- Single Leg Towel Curls - 4 x 8e
