PSP/S2S Training - Week 2 / Lift 2

Circuit #1
  • Squat Holds - 4 x 1:00
  • Broad Jumps - 4 x 5
  • Rapid Grip Squeezes - 4 x 0:30
Circuit #2
  • Hand Release Pushup 4 x 0:30 (as many as possible in 30 sec.)
  • Weighted Single Arm Door Rows 4 x 10each
    • ​Wear a backpack full of weight similar to in Lift #1, you may have to use less weight because it is single arm.
  • Weighted Walking Lunge - 4 x 10each
    • ​Hold some sort of weight like you would for a goblet squat as you perform the lunges.
  • Single Leg ​Towel Curls - 4 x 8e

     [Perform as many set as possible in 10:00 working continuously]
  • Pushup -> Plank - x5
  • Twists - x5each
  • V-Ups - x5
