Upper Body
- Max Hand Release Pushups in 2:00 (You can not pause for longer than 5 seconds; start in a pushup position, lower your self until you are flat on the floor, lift your hands off the floor, then place them back on the floor and push yourself back to the starting position)
- Max Pullup Hold (Do your best to find a bar to do pullups, if you couldn't just indicate you were not able to when you submit your scores. Your hands must be facing away from you when holding the bar; Hold in a handing position with both hands on the bar for as long as possible)
Lower body
- Max Body Weight Squats in 2:00 (Each squat must go to full depth, meaning your hip bone must go as low or lower than your knees)
Conditioning
- 300 Yard Shuttle (Run 25 yards and back 6 times totaling 300 yards, do on a field if possible)
