- Leg Curls (with towel on hardwood floor) 5 x 10
- (if not possible switch for feet elevated bridges)

- Split Squat Jumps (continuous) 5 x 10each
Circuit #2
- Door Row Holds 5 x 30sec.
- Body Weight Squats 5 x 25
- Single Leg Balance 5 x 30sec./each
- (with eyes closed if you can)
