PSP Training - Week 1 / Day 1

Circuit #1
  • Pushups 5 x max
  • Leg Curls (with towel on hardwood floor) 5 x 10
    • ​(if not possible switch for feet elevated bridges)
  • Split Squat Jumps (continuous) 5 x 10each
Circuit #2
  • Door Row Holds 5 x 30sec.
  • Body Weight Squats 5 x 25
  • Single Leg Balance 5 x 30sec./each
    • ​​(with eyes closed if you can)
Conditioning 
​
     [Do all sets non-stop]
  • Plank Jack 5 x 10
  • Twists 5 x 15each
  • Leg Lifts 5 x 10
  • Side Plank Dips 5 x 10each
  • ​Supermen 5 x 10
