- 1 Mile Run (measure time)
- As Many Pushups As Possible In 1 Minute (Options: normal pushup or pushup form knees)
- Max Plank Hold (time stops when you can no longer keep good position with a flat back)
- As Many Burpees As Possible In 1 Minute (chest must touch the floor and you must jump when you get up)
- Max Wallsit Hold (back must be flat against the wall, knees at 90 degree angle, and hands can not touch legs)
