Challenge Workouts

Try some of these benchmark workouts and repeat them periodically to see if you can do better.  This is a good way to see how your fitness progresses over time.  Most of these workouts are short and simple, but that gives you the opportunity to see how hard you can push yourself!
Home
  1. 1 Mile Run (measure time)​
  2. As Many Pushups As Possible In 1 Minute (Options: normal pushup or pushup form knees)
  3. Max Plank Hold (time stops when you can no longer keep good position with a flat back)
  4. As Many Burpees As Possible In 1 Minute (chest must touch the floor and you must jump when you get up)
  5. Max Wallsit Hold (back must be flat against the wall, knees at 90 degree angle, and hands can not touch legs)
